Millions of years before we coined the word ‘sustainability’, the planet had already taken care of achieving a balance in which everything flowed naturally. At Conservas Ortiz we have learned that it is best to interfere as little as possible with these natural rhythms. We opt for traditional fishing techniques, artisanal production methods, and high-quality raw materials, such as organic certified olive oil used in our organic range.
