At Conservas Ortiz we also produce organic products. They are all sourced from wild fish, and use organic extra virgin olive oil from certified organic farming to preserve them.
The time when a fish is in the best conditions of size and flavor to be caught is known as coastal. You can find different types of fish within our organic products, in each case we specify when their respective fishing season takes place: White Tuna, Tuna, Anchovies and Fresh Anchovies, Sardines and Southern Mackerel.
