White Tuna with Vegetable Vinaigrette

Serves 2:
– One 400 g jar of White tuna in Olive Oil
– 1 spring onion
– 1 green pepper
– 1 red pepper
– 1 carrot
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Vinaigrette


Take the White tuna from the jar and place on the dish in a pyramid shape.  Dress with the vinaigrette of vegetables cut into very small dice. For the vinaigrette: Cut the spring onion, green pepper, red pepper and the carrot into very small dice and mix with the vinegar and the extra virgin olive oil.
