– One 110 g can of Ortiz Yellowfin Tuna Fillets
– 100 g boiled potatoes cut into small dice
– 1 hard boiled egg white
– 1 hard boiled egg yolk
– Chopped parsley
– 4 rounds of very crispy toast
Mix the cooked potatoes with 1/2 a can of Ortiz, north coast tuna the hard boiled egg white and the mayonnaise. Pile the mix onto the slices of toast and top with a whole piece of Ortiz north coast tuna belly. Garnish with chopped parsley and the chopped hard boiled egg yolk.
