Ratatouille and anchovy tartlets

Serves 4:
– 4 savoury tartlet cases
– 1 jar of Ortiz Anchovies in Olive Oil
– 40 g onion
– 40 g green peppers
– 40 g red peppers
– 40 g courgette
– 40 g tomato


Chop the onion, green and red peppers and sauté. When they are half cooked, add the courgette and, towards the end, the tomato. Fill the tartlets with the resulting ratatouille and top with the Ortiz Traditional anchovies.
