– 1 slice of rustic bread
– One 220 g White tuna in Olive Oil
– 1 ‘piquillo’ hot pepper
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Chopped parsley
Toast the slice of rustic bread. Cut the ‘piquillo’ hot pepper in two and place it on the toasted rustic bread. Add chunks of White tuna in olive oil. Garnish with a little chopped parsley and a sprinkle of extra virgin olive oil to give a little shine and enhance the flavour of the dish.
