Ingredients for 2 people:
– 2 slices of toast
– 1 can of Mackerel Roe
– 1 tomato in slices
– Olive pâté
– Some rocket leaves
– Oil
– Vinegar l


Place a slice of tomato on the toast and add the mackerel roe, broken into pieces, on top. Use a teaspoon to spread the black olive pâté on the toast and the plate. Decorate with the rocket leaves to give colour to the dish and dress to your taste with olive oil and wine vinegar.
