Toast with mackerel roe

– 1 can Ortiz Mackerel Roe
– Rustic bread
– 1 salad tomato
– 1 spring onion
– 1 green pepper
– Rocket
– Olive oil


Cut the bread into slices and spread with the washed tomato. Cut the pepper and onion into small dice and place on top of each slice of bread. Cut the roe into slices and place on top of the onion and pepper. Lastly, sprinkle some extra virgin olive oil on top and garnish with a rocket leaf.
