Serves 2:
– 1 can of Ortiz Mackerel Roe
– 4 slices of bread
– 1 spring onion
– Extra virgin olive oil


Cut the roe into slices and place on the bread. Add the chopped spring onion on top. Finish with a sprinkle of extra virgin olive oil.


Mackerel roe is one of the most highly prized tapas in the region of Murcia. Enjoy the roe on its own or accompanied by a beer or a glass of wine.
