Serves 2:
– 50 g White tuna in Olive Oil
– 30 g carrots
– 30 g green peppers
– 30 g red peppers
– 30 g onion
– Mixed lettuce leaves
– Vinaigrette


Roast the red pepper, peel it, cut it into strips and fry with a little garlic. Cut the green pepper and onion into julienne and fry. Place the mix of the grated carrot, onion and fried green peppers in a mould. Take the mould away and fill the gap with various dressed vegetables. To finish, place some strips of White tuna on their side. Garnish with the vinaigrette and a little chopped parsley.
