Ortiz White Tuna loins with vegetable vinaigrette


1 jar of Ortiz White Tuna in olive oil
½ carrot
¼ green bell pepper
¼ red bell pepper
¼ onion
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
Pepper
Salt
Easy vinaigrettes that change everything: you can easily prepare much-loved vinaigrettes to go with your favorite Ortiz canned products. Add the vegetables of your choice, diced into tiny cubes, and complement with gherkins, capers, pickled onions and other pickles. A whole mosaic of colors and flavors.

Wash and dry the bell peppers, then dice into tiny cubes. Peel the carrot and dice into little cubes of the same size. Peel and chop the onion.
2Whisk the oil with the vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper until it becomes an emulsion, and add all the vegetables.
3Arrange the Ortiz White Tuna loins in a bowl and add the vinaigrette with all the vegetables on top. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
