We prepare our tuna belly using traditional methods, with great care and attention to detail. Our most expert hands are in charge of cleaning and packing this unique quality product by hand.

Once opened, in order to maintain its flavor for up to five days, we recommend keeping the tuna in the refrigerator, preferably covered and completely submerged in olive oil, adding more if necessary.

Tuna is an oily fish full of health benefits:

In this case we package Tuna Ventresca in olive oil which is rich in oleic acid and helps regulate harmful levels of cholesterol in the blood.
