Ingredients

– 1 can of Fried White Tuna in escabeche sauce
– 100 g cooked potatoes, cut into small dice
– 1 hard boiled egg white
– 1 hard boiled egg yolk
– Chopped parsley
– Mayonnaise
– 4 slices of very crispy toast

Preparation

Mix the cooked chopped potatoes with 1/2 can of Ortiz White tuna Belly, the hard boiled egg white and the mayonnaise. Pile the mix onto the slices of toast and top with a whole piece of Ortiz White tuna belly. Garnish with chopped parsley and the chopped hard boiled egg yolk.
