Marinated fish with hake roe

– 1 can of Ortiz Mackerel Roe
– 200 g salt cod, previously soaked to remove excess salt
– 200 g salmon loin, bones removed
– 1 chopped shallot
– Lemon juice
– Freshly ground black pepper
– Virgin olive oil
– Coarse salt (or soy sauce)
– Toasted bread to serve


Cut the salmon and cod into fine dice and place in a serving dish. Dress with the lemon juice, coarse salt and pepper and leave to marinate for about 20 minutes. Once this time has passed, stir and finish the dish by adding the roe, broken up into pieces and the chopped shallot. Garnish with plenty of virgin olive oil.


Serve with some toasted bread to accompany the dish
