– 50 g Ortiz Fried Fried mackerel in Escabeche
– 1 carrot
– 40 g courgette
– 40 g green beans
– 1 radish
Cut the carrot, courgette and beans into strips. Stir-fry with a little oil and garlic and pile up on a plate. Place the fried Fried mackerel in escabeche next to the pile of vegetables. Dust the mackerel with paprika powder and garnish with a radish cut into a flower shape.
