Ingredients

 200 g of Ortiz Fried Mackerel in Escabeche
– 100 g pasta
– 1 lamb’s lettuce leaf
– Vinaigrette

Preparation

Cook the pasta for 8 minutes and leave to cool. Meanwhile, cut the mackerel in escabeche into pieces and remove any skin and bones. Pile the pasta up and place the mackerel around the edge. Dress with the vinaigrette and garnish with the lamb’s lettuce leaf.
