San Vicente de la Barquera and Lekeitio: engaged in the production of Cantabrian anchovies
Our facilities in San Vicente de la Barquera in Cantabria and Lekeitio in Vizcaya deal with producing Cantabrian anchovies in olive oil.
At our centre in Ondarroa (Vizcaya) we prepare our specialities: north coast tuna in olive oil and north coast tuna belly.
In Zumaia (Gipuzkoa) we focus on preserving in brine: this is where our north coast tuna, and fried Atlantic and horse mackerel are all produced. We also prepare our “Cocina Marinera” dishes here.
