We prepare our White Tuna using traditional methods: individually line-caught during the fishing season. It is carefully hand-finished and packaged in its own cooking juices to preserve its intense flavor and color.

Once opened, we recommend keeping the White Tuna in the refrigerator, preferably covered and submerged in its own juice.
