Ortiz White Tuna in escabeche sauce salad


1 can of Ortiz White Tuna in escabeche
2 salad tomatoes
½ scallion
1 avocado
2 tablespoons of black olives
A few basil leaves
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
Pepper
Salt
Salads for sharing: salad sharing plates made with your favorite canned Ortiz products are a quick and easy go-to dish and really easy to prepare. They make great appetizers. Try with our escabeche sauce to dress your salad.

Peel and slice the tomato. Peel the avocado, remove the central stone and slice. Peel and chop the scallion stalk.
2Whisk the oil with the vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper until it becomes an emulsion.
3Place the tomato slices on a serving plate and decoratively top with the loined Ortiz White Tuna in escabeche (drained), the avocado slices, the black olives and the chopped scallion. Drizzle with the vinaigrette, sprinkle with the basil leaves and serve the salad as a sharing plate.
