How to Enjoy Cantabrian Anchovies


The characteristic flavour of Cantabrian anchovies is a result of their traditional preparation and the fact that they are cleaned by hand.

Cantabrian anchovies can be used quickly and easily to create countless dishes, as they combine well with many foods, such as tomatoes, mild cheeses such as Mozzarella or Creme Fraiche, stronger chesses such as both kinds of Idiazabal, garlic and “piquillo” peppers.
