White Tuna low in salt

Our low salt White Tuna is prepared using totally traditional techniques, individually line-caught during fishing season and carefully processed by hand and packaged in olive oil or escabeche (vinegar and spices). No salt is added during the entire production process.

Once opened, in order to maintain all its flavor for up to five days, we recommend keeping the White Tuna in the refrigerator, preferably covered and completely submerged in its oil or marinade.

White Tuna is a fish full of benefits for our health:
- Natural source of OMEGA 3, which our body does not generate by itself.
- Rich in vitamins A and D, which help keep our tissues healthy and prevent degenerative diseases.

No salt does not mean no taste
Salt in excess can be harmful to us, and there are those who, for sport or health reasons, need to limit its intake. However, the fact that a food is low in salt does not necessarily mean that it loses flavor. For preserved fish products, we already have a food that naturally contains some salt. The taste is still naturally present in each product package.
