Bagnat Bread Sandwich with White Tuna and Anchovy


A Bread roll
Ortiz white tuna in olive oil
Ortiz anchovies in olive oil
Hard-boiled egg
Slices of ripe peeled tomato
Spring onion
Rocket leaves and lettuce
A few slices of radish
Black olives
Lemon juice
A clove of garlic.
Bagnat Bread Sandwich, it is a traditional sandwich from the Nice region of France and is made with the ingredients of the Salade Niçoise.

Lightly toast the bread to make it crunchy.
2Rub in a clove of garlic.
3Coat the breadcrumbs with the white tuna olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice until they are soaked.
4Assemble the sandwich, alternating the ingredients as desired.
52-3 slices of peeled ripe tomato, a good portion of Ortiz White Tuna, 2-3 fillets of Ortiz Anchovies, 2-3 slices of hard-boiled egg, a handful of tender rocket and lettuce shoots, a few slices of radish, spring onion, pitted black olives in slices.
