Family Reserve, Vintage White Tuna
Like, wine, our excellent products in olive oil improve over time.
Conservas Ortiz, specialists in White Tuna since 1891, has launched the first White Tuna matured for one year: Family Reserve (2004 Inshore Season). Like with vintage wine, the packaging includes the year the tuna were individually line-caught. This range is complemented with the large Cantabrian Anchovies cask-matured for 8 months.
