Each of our facilities is responsible for one of the Conservas Ortiz specialities.

San Vicente de la Barquera and Lekeitio concentrate on Cantabrian Anchovies

San Vicente de la Barquera in Cantabria and Lekeitio in Vizcaya focus on the production of Cantabrian Anchovies in olive oil.

At our centre in Ondarroa (Vizcaya), we prepare White Tuna in olive oil and White Tuna Belly Fillets.

At Zumaia (Gipuzkoa), we handle the marinades: White Tuna, Chub Mackerel and Fried Horse Mackerel. Here is where we prepare our “Cocina Marinera” (Seafood Cuisine) dishes.

We prepare the White Tuna in Ondarroa.
